Abstract

In paper the development of Val Gardena Formation NW of Ljubljana is described. Almost all members of formation are exposed, but nowhere in continuous profiles. Detailed subdivision of Palaeozoic beds permitted a better idea also of tectonic structure of area, especially in the environs of Sv. Jakob, Sv. Katarina and abandoned Knapovže Pb, Zn, Hg deposit.
